1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at 3dfyhub.in, submitting a quote request, or engaging with any of
our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all
clients, visitors, and users of 3dfy hub.
2. Services
3dfy hub provides the following services:
- 3D Printing (FDM, SLA, SLS technologies)
- CAD Design and modelling
- Prototyping Support
- Product Development Guidance
- Model Preparation and Corrections
- Design Registration Assistance
- Manufacturing Partner Support
All services are subject to availability and our team's assessment of feasibility. We reserve the right to
decline any project at our discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
3. Orders & Payments
All projects begin with a formal quote. Work commences only after the client approves the quote and the
agreed payment terms are met.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- An advance payment may be required before work begins, as specified in the quote.
- Final payment is due before delivery of files or physical prints.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- All applicable taxes (GST) will be included or indicated in the quote.
4. Revisions
Revision rounds are provided as per the plan or package you have chosen at the time of ordering. Each plan
includes a defined number of revision cycles.
- Revisions must be requested within the project's active period.
- Additional revisions beyond the plan limit may incur extra charges.
- Revision requests must be clear and consolidated — multiple scattered revision requests may be counted as
separate rounds.
- Fundamental changes to the original brief may be treated as a new project.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverable files for the agreed use case.
However:
- 3dfy hub retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests
confidentiality in writing.
- Any pre-existing IP, tools, templates, or methods used by 3dfy hub remain our property.
- Clients must ensure they have the legal right to reproduce any reference material, logos, or designs
provided to us.
- 3dfy hub is not responsible for IP infringement resulting from client-provided materials.
6. Delivery & Files
Digital files are delivered via email or a shared download link. Physical prints are shipped to the address
provided at the time of order.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.
- 3dfy hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier services for physical shipments.
- Clients are responsible for verifying file compatibility with their intended manufacturing workflow.
- Files must be downloaded and stored by the client — we do not guarantee long-term storage of project
files.
7. Limitation of Liability
3dfy hub provides design and printing services in good faith. We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our deliverables.
- Manufacturing failures that occur when files are processed by third-party services.
- Losses resulting from errors in client-provided specifications or reference material.
- Any use of our designs that results in harm, injury, or legal liability.
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Before work begins: Full refund of any advance paid.
- After work has begun: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
- After delivery: No refund once final files have been delivered and approved.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the triggering event.
- Physical prints are non-refundable once printing has commenced.
9. Client Conduct
Clients agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes, including but not
limited to:
- Reproducing copyrighted designs without authorisation.
- Creating items intended for illegal use or that could cause harm.
- Misrepresenting project details to obtain services under false pretences.
3dfy hub reserves the right to terminate any project immediately and without refund if these conditions are
violated.
10. Changes to Terms
3dfy hub reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this
page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of
the revised terms.
